Social campaign
Giffgaff were once again freezing their UK prices for another year for their devoted customers. They were also wanting to launch this campaign whilst debuting themselves joining TikTok. The idea for this spawned from the huge trend on the app that embraces ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response). The content on the platform ranges from speech to movements usually using an object and sometimes involves just being destructive.
Positioning the campaign with reminding their customers to take a step back, breathe and don’t panic because Giffgaff were freezing their UK prices for 2023. The campaign involved creating in house content that utilised the brands very vibrant colour palette and revealing the offering to customers at the end of the video.
This campaign also partnered with small - big ASMR content creators already with huge followings on the platform where we came up with ideas to how their specific content could be ‘Giffgaff-ified’ to reach more consumers. Some of these content creators were big names such as ‘slimeglitterz’, ‘caringwhispers’ and ‘anouskaanastasia’.
